The Facility

A Closed-Loop Growing Facility

Every system at Pure Yield Farm runs inside one connected building — no open fields, no exposure to outside weather or pests. Water and nutrients are dosed, monitored and recirculated in real time.

What We Grow

Less Water. Less Land. More Harvest.

Recirculating hydroponic systems mean almost nothing is lost to runoff or evaporation — every drop and every square foot works harder.

Questions About the Farm

Everything we’re asked most often about how the farm actually runs.

We follow certified-organic-equivalent practices — zero synthetic pesticides, closed nutrient loops — and are completing formal certification in 2026.

Our recirculating systems reuse up to 94% of water on site, compared to a single pass through open-field irrigation.

Yes — we run guided tours every Saturday morning. Book a slot on the Contact page.

It's filtered, re-dosed with nutrients, and returned to the grow beds rather than discharged.
